The Print Operator is responsible for producing work on digital engines. Job functions include set up and operation of print engines, plus perfect bind, saddle-stitch, perf, inserting and stacking equipment and attachments. Cut/trim books, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment.

A specialist in B2B and D2C, Elanders is now expanding into B2C through PrintShopUSA (, our new online ordering site that gives consumers the ability to design and order their own materials.

Elanders has an opening for a SEO/PPC Specialist. This role is a full-time, remote, salaried position that reports directly to the CEO in Atlanta, GA. The SEO/PPC Specialist will leverage their PPC, SEO and SEM experience to acquire highly qualified leads through the optimization of the company's websites, landing pages, adspend, and content. 

Position Summary:

We want to grow our business! We are looking for a lead generator with intimate experience with site crawling tools, enterprise-level SEO software, keyword ranking tracking, hyperlocal SEO, listings management platforms, and website architecture. The SEO/PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing Elanders' SEO & PPC Ads relative to Google AdWords, Yahoo!, Bing, Facebook/IG and other platforms. This position will research, plan, and implement Pay Per Click media strategies for Elanders and understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns.


  • Implement strategies that drive profitable and scalable growth.
  • Increase organic ranking growth and flow of relevant traffic.
  • Pair merchandising and product strategizing with the PPC account.
  • Refine and establish best practices in SEM for relevant channels like Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Create and execute SEO/PPC solutions and strategies for Elanders Americas & Printshop USA.
  • Identify user intent behind keywords and optimize landing pages, bids, and negatives.
  • Create an ever-increasing flow of web traffic.

This position is responsible for a combination of work performed in the finishing area including cut, trim, coil punch & bind, large fold, case-binding, Duplo, 3-knife trimmer, Auto drill and off-line perfect binding.

Responsible for operating saddle stitching equipment and for providing support to the digital roll-fed engines as needed.  

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the work in accordance with our safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency and process reliability expectations. 

The Part-Time Utility Finishing Operator Level II may be required to perform other finishing job functions as needed.

As a member of the Elanders Group, Midland Information Resources (dba Elanders Americas) is seeking a Director of Manufacturing for our Davenport, Iowa, location. This position is located in Davenport and will report to our President in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Director of Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing manufacturing and leading key initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiencies and plant operations.  This includes managing the facility in all aspects of resource management.

  • ​Direct and oversee plant operations and activities for all areas of production.​
  • ​​C​oordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers and supervisors to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure collaboration of other functional areas, establishing effective working relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Evaluate direct reports routinely and ensure standards of performance are met within the manufacturing group.
  •  Monitor overall plant performance for meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
  •  Optimize utilization of labor and overtime.
  •  Develop yearly business plans and personal objectives that support overall company goals. 
  •  Lead and assist in continuous improvement projects, including participation on cross functional teams. 
  •  Identify opportunities through root cause analysis to improve current processes, equipment, and generate cost savings.

  • We prefer a Bachelor's degree in business from a four-year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training in supervision, printing, estimating, accounting, and purchasing; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent people / phone skills to interact with peers and external customers

We are seeking a Lead Estimator for our Davenport, Iowa, location. The Lead Estimator role is a full-time salaried position that reports directly to the CFO. This position will be eligible for hybrid/remote work.


​This is a transitional position.  To start, the Lead Estimator will be responsible for accurately determining the estimated costs of producing customer jobs, applying corporate pricing guidelines, and issuing price quotations.  The Lead Estimator will work closely with the Estimating Manager to learn about, and ultimately transition to, overseeing all aspects of the Estimating department including: managing the processes and tools used to estimate the cost of production; applying corporate pricing guidelines to determine product markup; issuing price quotations to the customer in a timely manner; creating and updating customer pricing models and quote letter templates; employee training; and prioritizing and directing the daily estimating workload.
